Privacy policy
Last updated October 27, 2026
This policy explains what Arizona Builds collects when you visit this site or ask for a quote, how we use it, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- What you tell us in the quote form: your first name, phone number, email (if you give one), the kind of job, its size and timing, your zip code, a description, and any photos you add.
- How you found us: ad and campaign tags in the link you clicked (such as utm_source and Meta's fbclid), and which version of the page you saw.
- Basic technical details: your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
- A record of your consent to be contacted: the time, the consent text you agreed to, the page you were on, and the IP address you sent it from.
How we use it
- To call, text, or email you about your request and give you a quote.
- To send an automatic text confirming we got your request.
- To understand which ads and pages work, and to improve the site.
- To keep records of our work and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- Partner contractors. Arizona Builds handles some jobs through licensed partner contractors. When your job needs one, we share your request and contact details with that partner so they can quote and do the work. We stay your point of contact.
- Service providers that run this site and our messages: website hosting (Netlify), our database (Supabase), email (Resend), text messaging (Twilio), and push notifications to our own phones (ntfy, which gets only the kind of job, your zip code, and a link to the request, never your name or phone number).
- Advertising and analytics. We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. When you send a quote request, we send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of your phone number, email, name, and zip code so it can match the request to an ad. Along with it, Meta receives your IP address, browser type, and Meta cookie IDs (fbp and fbc), which are not scrambled. We may also use Google Analytics or Plausible to count visits, and Microsoft Clarity to see how people use the page (Clarity hides what you type into form fields).
- When required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
We don't share your mobile number or texting consent with anyone for their own marketing; partner contractors get your contact details only to quote and do your job.
Texts and calls
The last step of the quote form has a consent box, and the request can't be sent until it is checked. The text beside the box reads: “By submitting, you agree that Arizona Builds may call and text you about your request, including automated messages, at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.”
When you check the box and send your request, you agree to that text, and we keep a record of it (see “What we collect”). Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
Cookies
The Meta Pixel and analytics tools may set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the quote form still works without them.
This site also keeps two things in your own browser's storage. If you start the quote form and leave, it saves what you typed (name, phone, email, zip code, and description) on your device, so you can pick up where you left off; it is deleted when you send the request, or after 7 days. It also remembers the ad tags from the link you came in on for up to 30 days, so a request sent later is still credited to that ad. Clearing your browser's site data removes both.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests as long as we need them to serve you and keep business records, then delete them.
